Cleaning Instructions

  • Vacuum regularly the bed and cushion to prevent the accumulation of fur.
  • Most beds have zippered covers that can be removed for machine washing.
  • For spot cleaning, please see the instructions of each individual item.

Do the products have warranty?

1-year warranty for replacement due damage at arrival or manufacturing defects.

Where are the products made?

All our products are made in Mexico.

Do the products require assembly?

No, all products come assembled.

Does the sofa bed have removable covers?

Most of the sofa pet beds have removable, zippered covers.

Can the legs be removed or switched for higher/lower ones?

Some of the beds have legs that can be easily removed, but we do not recommend changing them for another type as the new legs may not fit.

 

 

How long does it take to ship the products?

The shipping time may depend on the store where the product is bought. On average, it may take from one to two business days to ship, depending on the available stock.

 

 

I have made my order, but I would like to cancel or change it, can I do that?

In most cases, the order cannot be cancelled or changed once the package has shipped.
If you wish to cancel or make any changes to the order (ordered items, quantity, delivered or billing addresses, etc.), we recommend reaching to the store as soon as possible to request the changes before shipping.

 

 

My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

Our warranty covers for damage at arrival or during delivery as well as manufacturing defects, in which case we can offer a replacement for the damaged product.
If you received a damaged order, contact the store immediately to start the process.
The process itself may vary depending on the stores, but we recommend preparing photos of the damaged product and your order number, as they are normally requested.
NOTE: Some stores may offer the refund of the order rather than the replacement.

 

 

Are the products chew-resistant or can withstand rough handling?

While our products are made of sturdy wood, rough handling is not recommended for them. The upholstery may tear if the pets chew on them.

 

 

My cushion has worn out, can I buy a replacement cushion or cover?

For the time being, cushions and covers are not sold separately. Replacement cushions or covers can only be shipped if there was damaged at arrival or manufacturing defects.

 

 

Are the products only for dogs or cats?

The pet beds can be enjoyed by other similar animals, such as rabbits or ferrets.

 

 

Are the products only for pets (do they fit a child)?

These products are not recommendable for people or children, as the back is too low for humans.
